Definitely both. However, I believe that this is more acting than animation. Avatar was an exceptional film; the animation was incredible but it relied on the actor's performance to make a realistic approach to the audience. The animators have made it so their character's are able to display precise human-like movement and that is only because the actor's were there.
2. Do you think that animated character should be eligible for acting awards?
I don't think that the animated characters should be nominated for acting awards but I do believe they deserve some sort of special recognition. Reason being is that the animated characters are animated and altered versions of them. Avatar is not the actor-type of film. The actors are not able to display their acting skills properly because in the end, it is altered by some sort of program.
3. Do you think that human actors will ever become obsolete? Why or why not?
Human actors will not ever become obsolete because they are able to show feelings, passion and creativity in their acting ability that animated characters are not capable of expressing. Human actors are essential when discussing films. Their voices and their stage presence is what makes the film. Animated actors and human actors are incomparable because the animated characters are incapable of telling the audience that they've made so much effort into their acting. It's only by the works of a human that a performance can truly be exceptional.

From Spray Can to Light: Graffiti Revisited

Out of all the ones I stumbled upon while looking for a decent light graffiti example, this one seemed to catch my eye the most. This is an excellent example of light graffiti because of it's outstanding visual display. In this picture, we observe that the real light graffiti is behind the vodka bottles and that it is sketched in various bright coloured lights to form an exaggerated goose. This advertisement stands out particularly because of the attractive colours chosen for this light graffiti. If we were to observe carefully, we can see that they have drawn the goose with light that holds a different texture than the usual light used in many light graffitis.
Street Art
This street graffiti involves a realistic portrait of a man carrying a spray can. The portrait involves only the calm, warm colours. In this graffiti, the artist takes advantage of the area he decides to input his graffiti in. I believe this advertisement stands out because the artist was able to draw the person accurately.
Comparing The Two: LIGHT AND SPRAY CAN
Both graffiti designs are similar because they deal with graffiti and they are both forms of art. However, the process in which they are developed is different. The light graffiti advertisement is made through the computer and edited into a program while street art can be created just by using a spray can and a wall. All in all, both graffiti works displayed are amazing ways of expressing yourself.
